At TRUDO TECH, protecting your personal data is a priority. This Privacy Policy explains clearly what data we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis, for how long and what rights you have. It is governed by the data protection laws of the Republic of Seychelles and, where our processing falls within its scope, by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. General information and acceptance
This Policy governs the processing of personal data of users who browse this website, contact TRUDO TECH or engage its services. Accessing and using the site implies knowledge and acceptance of this Policy.
2. Data controller
The data controller is TRUDO TECHNOLOGIES LTD (hereinafter, "the Company"), a company incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles, with registered address at 306 Victoria House, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles. Contact email: hello@trudotechnologies.xyz.
The Company has designated a data protection contact point you may address for any matter relating to the processing of your data at hello@trudotechnologies.xyz.
3. Personal data we process
We process the following data categories: (i) identification and contact data (name, surname, email, phone); (ii) professional and company data of the organisation you represent (role, organisation, sector); (iii) the content of communications and the information you provide about your processes and needs; (iv) browsing and device data (IP address, cookie identifiers, pages visited) obtained by technical means.
We do not request special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.). If processing such data became necessary within a project, the corresponding data processing agreement with reinforced safeguards will be formalised beforehand.
4. Source of the data
The data comes directly from the data subject (forms, email, calls or meetings) and from interaction with the website. In contracted projects, we may also process data the client provides as controller, with TRUDO TECH acting as processor.
5. Purposes of processing
We process your data to: (i) handle your enquiries and information requests; (ii) prepare and send proposals, quotes and prototypes; (iii) manage the contractual relationship, service delivery and invoicing; (iv) send you commercial communications about similar or requested services, where a lawful basis exists; (v) maintain security and improve the operation of the site; and (vi) comply with applicable legal obligations.
6. Legal bases
The bases legitimising the processing are: (i) your consent, to handle non-contractual enquiries and to send commercial communications; (ii) the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at your request (proposals, prototypes, service delivery); (iii) the Company’s legitimate interest in promoting its services and ensuring the security of the site, balanced against your rights; and (iv) compliance with legal obligations (corporate, tax and accounting).
7. Commercial communications
We will only send you commercial communications by electronic means where consent exists or a prior contractual relationship regarding similar services. At any time you may object or unsubscribe free of charge by writing to hello@trudotechnologies.xyz or via the link provided in each communication.
8. Retention periods
We will retain your data for as long as the relationship or mutual interest continues and you do not request its deletion. Once the relationship ends, data will be kept duly restricted for the limitation periods applicable to our legal and accounting obligations, after which it will be securely erased.
9. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. To provide our services we rely on suppliers who may access data as processors under a written contract: cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, productivity and CRM tools, artificial intelligence model providers and analytics services.
With all processors we sign contracts ensuring an adequate level of protection and the confidentiality and security of the data.
10. International transfers
We operate internationally and our providers may be located in a range of countries, including outside the Republic of Seychelles and outside the European Economic Area. In every case we ensure that transfers take place with appropriate safeguards — principally written contractual commitments equivalent to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or reliance on an adequacy decision where one applies. 11. Data residency
Where your sector or internal policy requires data to remain in a specific jurisdiction, we can deploy and host the solution in the region you specify, or entirely within your own infrastructure. We agree the hosting location with you in writing before development starts.
12. Data processing in automation and AI projects
When we develop automation or artificial intelligence solutions for a client, the client acts as controller and TRUDO TECH as processor, with the relationship governed by the corresponding contract. We process the client’s data solely in accordance with its instructions and for the purposes of the project.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we do not use our clients’ data to train our own or third-party models, and we apply minimisation, pseudonymisation or anonymisation techniques wherever possible.
13. Ethical and responsible use of AI
We are committed to the responsible use of artificial intelligence: transparency about its use, human oversight of relevant decisions, bias control, and compliance with the regulations applicable to each project, including the European AI Act where it applies. The solutions we deliver are designed to assist people, not to replace professional judgement in sensitive decisions.
14. Automated decisions
In general, the website does not make automated decisions with legal effects on users. If a specific project incorporated such processing, it would be specifically disclosed and safeguard measures established, including the right to obtain human intervention.
15. Rights of users
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw any consent given, by contacting hello@trudotechnologies.xyz indicating the right you wish to exercise. We will address your request within the time limits established by the applicable law.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Republic of Seychelles and, where the GDPR applies to the processing, with the supervisory authority of your country of residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement in the EU/EEA.
16. Security measures
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption, access control, activity logging, backups and internal policies aligned with standards such as ISO 27001. In the event of a security breach affecting your data, we will notify the competent authority and, where required, the affected individuals, without undue delay.
17. Cookies
This site uses first- and third-party cookies for technical, personalisation and analytical purposes. You can accept or reject them through the configuration panel available on the site and manage them at any time from your browser settings.
18. Minors
Our services and this site are aimed at professionals and businesses, not minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect that a minor’s data has been provided without the corresponding authorisation, we will proceed to delete it.
19. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to adapt it to regulatory, technical or organisational changes. The version in force will always be the one published on this site, indicating the date of last update. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
